Staff were exceptionally nice and pleasant, breakfast was SENSATIONAL. Incredible location next door to the slopes, and the rooms were beautiful and decent size.

I appreciated how the hotel looked, lovely small place. It was fashionable, good-sized and with a view of mont blanc. I had a lovely stay in a long time.

We loved the hotel's proximity to the ski lifts, making access to great skiing easy. The breakfast was excellent with a good selection of fresh produce. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay a very pleasant experience. Additionally, the hotel's cleanliness and facilities such as parking and transportation were impressive.

During our xmas stay, we absolutely loved the stunning views from our room's balcony. It was mesmerizing to wake up to the sunrise and see the majestic Mont Blanc in the distance. The staff at this hotel were also incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the location was perfect for us, as it was conveniently located near the ski lifts, allowing us to easily access the slopes.

While our overall experience was great, there were a few minor aspects that could be improved. we would have liked to have a heartier breakfast with more hot food options, as the selection mostly consisted of cold cuts, breads, and jams.

The food options at the hotel were excellent, with a delicious dinner and a refreshing buffet-style breakfast. The size of the rooms was quite spacious and well-equipped. The staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and professional, making the overall service a standout feature. the location of the hotel was perfect for families, as it was located near a ski school, lift, and rental shop. The smaller mountain of Combloux, with its varied terrain and nicely spaced trees, provided enough skiing opportunities for both advanced and beginner skiers.

The dinner portions were a bit modest and could have been more in line with the expectations of a high-quality chalet in France. However, this is something that might improve over time.

Room was hot and dry, which made it somewhat uncomfortable. Surroundings of the hotel were not particularly charming, with a busy road and ongoing construction nearby.

Great location for a city trip, close to the city center, there are several restaurants and shops nearby, and the hotel provides a shuttle service to the main attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any issues. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable.

the hotel lacked amenities, there was no fitness center or spa facilities, which would have been nice to have after a long day of sightseeing. The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected.

As a tourist, I absolutely loved the facilities and activities offered at Chalet Alpen Valley. The beautiful rooms with their luxurious cosmetic sets made me feel pampered. The availability of parking lots was definitely convenient. But what really stood out was the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the staff. It felt like coming home to close friends or family. The dinners prepared by the chef were outstanding, and I couldn't resist taking home a small bottle of the shampoo because it smelled so nice. it was a perfect 10 out of 10 experience.

Located next to the ski slopes, this hotel offers a convenient location for those who love to ski. there are local restaurants down the hill where you can enjoy a good meal after a long day of skiing. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and the bathrooms are nice as well. The view from the hotel terrace is breathtaking. The breakfast is delicious and has a great variety of fresh fruits and local yogurt.

The fireplace in the lobby doesn't work.

We had an amazing stay at this place! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the ski hire shop and a few minutes away from the bottom of the chair lift. The hotel design and decor are really cool, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, they were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The bedroom was smart and clean, with a huge comfortable bed and a wet room shower. We also loved the big TV with multi-language channels and the Nespresso coffee machine. The stunning views of Mont Blanc from the dining room added an extra touch of luxury to our dining experience.
